Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled within 30 days for full refund or two weeks prior to the day of climbing to receive a 80% refund. Apex is charged for cancellations so we keep a 20% fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the trip date are non-refundable (except for rain, see below). No-shows will forfeit the trip deposit/cost, and are not eligible to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel a climbing outing please let us know and we’ll do all we can to accommodate.

In the case of possible inclement weather, we will email you with a weather alert containing further instructions no later than 12 hours before your trip. If we determine the weather provides unsafe climbing conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule your outing for another date. In the rare case we cannot find a reschedule date, a refund can be issued. Once climbing begins there is no refund. Cancellation of an outing due to weather or any acts of nature is at the discretion of Apex Adventure Alliance.

***NOTE***Anchor courses are an exception to this weather cancellation policy. We can work around the weather during our “ground school” portion of the course. For more information on the anchors course and cancellation policies please inquire within.
